This Can Be A Food Blog Too Right?

Cannellini Beans With Sage and Balsamic Vinegar

2 Cans of cannellini (white beans)
1 Can of diced tomatoes
Virgin olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoon of rosemary
3 leaves of sage
6 Cloves or half a bulb of garlic (shuttup its good for you)
Ground peppercorn
Salt
3 Chopped leaves of chard
1 1/2 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar

1. Dice up the garlic and sage. Slowly infuse the garlic in a pan lined with olive oil for about ten minutes.

2. Then add your beans, sage and rosemary. This dish's richness comes from infusing the beans with the flavor from the garlic and herbs so let it cook slowly on a low-medium heat for about 10 more minutes.

3. Add the tomatoes and season to taste. Throw in about 1/2-3/4 Teaspoon of sea salt and grind some fresh peppercorn in as well.

4. Now mix in your chard (as you mix it in the heat will quick shrink it).

chard is so colorful!

5. Add more seasoning if needed.

6. Turn off heat and pour in the balsamic vinegar and your dish is done!

7. Make sure to eat with a friend!
